I am looking for a tablet running Android latest version specially Honeycomb or Android 2.3. But I am not having huge budget of $500 to invest in tablets like Motorola XOOM or Samsung Galaxy Tab. I am planning to gift someone special but I have budget of only $200. I am looking for a decent rear camera, 7 inch plus large display screen, micro-USB port, Wi-Fi, 3G is not required but should have the ability to add 3G dongle.

If anyone can suggest a nice Android Tablet priced below $200 with nice features, that would be great. Please provide some review links for that product as well or if any personal experience of using the same.
