Smooth Slider not unchecking options

    I am experiencing a weird problem with my install of Smooth Slider.

    If I check the 'Add this image to' slider in the media, it adds it properly. but when I go to deselect it, it doesn't. It always remains selected no matter what I do?

    Anyone have any ideas as to what is going on?

    At the very least can someone tell me how/where to make the changes directly in my MySQL db.
